More About Our Company
Walking. Urban Hiking. Rocky Mountain Treks. Self-propelled lifestyles
That’s what Fit Frog is all about. Since 1997, owner Lori Beattie has been organizing and leading urban and wilderness walks, Rocky Mountain hikes, snowshoe and cross-country ski days, writing in magazines and newspapers about walking, publishing books about urban walking and biking, and speaking to groups about self-propelled lifestyles. Some might call it a walking addiction, a biped passion. Lori (and her family) would agree.
Lori is the author of Calgary’s Best Hikes and Walks and Calgary’s Best Bike Rides and Trails. Join Lori on a walk or check her blog to learn about her and her families self-propelled adventures; great hikes, walks, and bike rides in Calgary, around Alberta and wherever else Lori visits.
Lori organizes all the adventures for Club Fit Frog!
