Cancellation
Policy
Session packages : Cancel 14+ days in advance of the
session start and pay $50; No refunds after this time.
Mountain
(Full Day) Hike or Snowshoe Changes: Once registered,
you may make changes to full day outing dates - $10 per change if
less than 7 days notice given, free if 7 + days notice
given OR if you are injured or sick on the day of your hike. The
replacement outings must be selected at the time of the change and
it must take place in the same session as the cancelled outing.
You must call, email, fax or mail Fit Frog to make a change.
If you do not contact Fit Frog to cancel or make changes, and you do
not show up for your scheduled outing, then you forfeit the outing.
Single
Purchases: Valid until December 2010; no refunds but full
day hikes (snowshoes) are fully transferable
Mountain
(Full Day) Hike or Snowshoe Changes: Once you register
for a full day outing, you may make changes at $10 per change. The
replacement outing for any change must be selected at the time of
the change and it must take place within four (4) weeks of the
cancelled outing.
You must call, email, fax or mail Fit Frog to make all changes. If
you do not call Fit Frog to cancel or make changes, and you do not
show up for your scheduled outing, then you forfeit the outing.

NOTE: If you get seriously ill, injured or have a family
emergency that affects your ability to attend your registered
program (s), please let us know.
