Fit Frog Adventures Hiking Club
(Club Fit Frog) Waiver / Release
There are
certain risks that are inherent in any Fit Frog Adventures hiking club (Club
Fit Frog) activity. As a Fit Frog Adventures Hiking Club (Club Fit Frog)
participant, I the undersigned, agree to accept personal responsibility for my
own safety. By participating in Club hikes, I agree to hold harmless and free
from blame the Fit Frog Adventures Hiking Club (Club Fit Frog), its directors,
volunteer hike leaders, and other members from any such accident, injury, or
illness which might be sustained from participating in hikes or other Club
activities. This release and the benefits falling therefrom shall be binding
upon the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the undersigned.
