DESCRIPTION:Description:\nWe’ll climb along a forested path to big open views of surrounding peaks\, including Mount Chester. Onward to Chester Lake and beyond to the Elephant Rocks. If snow if abundant this trail allows for lots of powdery off-trail exploration. \nMeet Place:\nShell station at COP \nDirections:\nWe’ll meet in Calgary and carpool or you can meet us at the trailhead. Directions will be given. \nDistance/Length:\nRated (MOD)\, 10 km + 3-400 meters elevation gain: 4+ hours on trail. \nCarpool Option:\nWhen possible\, carpooling will be arranged from the Shell gas station across from COP. If you do not have a car and want to join us\, please get in touch.
