DESCRIPTION:Description:\nWe’ll climb along a forested path to a series of lakes and big open views of surrounding peaks. Onward past the Robertson Glacier to a final climb to another valley where we’ll enjoy our lunch.  If snow is abundant this trail allows for lots of powdery off-trail exploration. \nRegistration & Fees:\nWant to join us? Scroll down to the bottom for registration and fee options. \nMeet Place:\nTim Hortons\, Hwy 40\, Kananskis Trail (just off Hwy 1) \nDirections:\nSee the map below for the Tim Hortons on Hwy 40 at the Hwy 1 Turnoff. From Tim Hortons we will drive an hour to the Burstall Pass Trailhead. https://goo.gl/maps/6p37AVLLuxYijpQz9 \nDistance/Length:\nRated (MOD)\, 10 km + 400 meters elevation gain: 4+ hours on trail. \nCarpool Option:\nFeel free to plan your own carpool. The Petro Can Station west of Calgary on Hwy 22 at Hwy 1 intersection is a popular place to meet to carpool. People park on the access road to the Petro Can. Or you could plan to meet at the Shell Station across from Winsport on Hwy 1.
