Access to the Park is from Glenbow Road\, off of Highway 1A. The Park is 34 km west of downtown Calgary and 5 km east of Cochrane. The Petro Can Station west of Calgary on Hwy 22 at Hwy 1 intersection is a popular place to meet to carpool. People park on the access road to the Petro Can. Or you could plan to meet at the Shell Station across from Winsport on Hwy 1.
