Got a bit whacky today in the BMT clinic at the Ar Got a bit whacky today in the BMT clinic at the Arthur Child Cancer Centre when I dropped off a few hundred copies of my guidebook Calgary’s Best Walks. I am donating them for people going through treatment. The books will sit in 3 or 4 treatment and check in areas with a sign telling them “THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!”Hey, walking kept my mental game strong when I was faced the epic Cancer challenge. I hope some part of getting my book will bring a hit of joy to peoples day. YOU GOT THIS! See you on walkabout :) @albertacancer
Happy Birthday Keith! It was Boogie’s Burgers birt Happy Birthday Keith! It was Boogie’s Burgers birthday BOGO (every Tuesday!), and cake with a downtown view, with people strolling by, dogs paying us a visit and a little kid yelling “birthday cake!”. Here’s to another great year with many more rides, walks, hikes, dinners, views, cakes and serendipitous interactions with neighbours and passers by. 🎂
