Hike: Curly Sands & Mesa Butte Summit, Kananaskis

Description:
We’ll head southwest of Calgary to the foothills near Millarville to hike to big views (we’ll see the city!) atop Mesa Butte. This hike is little summit hike is little known but so close to the city. A great one to add to your year round hiking!
Meet Place:
Meet at Rancher’s Corner restaurant, near Millarville (opens at 7 am so you could have breakie before the hike!)
Directions:
Hwy 22 south of Calgary
Distance/Length:
Rated* (MOD), 10 km + 600meters elevation gain: 4-5 hours hiking time
