Black Prince Snowshoe & Crazy carpet ride, Kananaskis

Description:
Kick-off 2024 with a snowshoe and 1 km crazy carpet run down the longest sledding hill in the Rockies (ok, I made that up, but it is REALLY LONG)! We’ll climb through treed slopes to wide-open powder at Warspite tarn followed by some powder exploration and amazing views of and spectacular views of Mount Black Prince.

Meet at the Shell station at COP.
Distance/Length:
Rated (MOD), 10 km + 300 meters elevation gain: 4 hours on trail, plus a 1 km long tobaggan run (bring your crazy carpet!)
Carpool Option:
When possible, carpooling will be arranged from the Shell station in Calgary. It is not guaranteed but may be an option.
