Bowmont Park EAST End, NW

Description:
A flat start on paved paths follows the Bow River. The wildflower-covered terrain becomes earthy and hilly as you climb to fantastic views of the Rockies and river valley. This hike is part of the Spring session of hikes with Club Fit Frog.
Meet Place:
We meet at the official parking lot for Bowmont Natural Environment Park, NW Calgary. The east end parking lot is on 52 St., NW, just off Home Road, NW. Turn south onto 52 St., (one-way down-hill) and the first left is the Bowmont parking area.
