Calgary walk: Bowmont Park EAST End, NW

Description:
A flat start on paved paths follows the Bow River. The rolling terrain becomes earthy and hilly as you climb to fantastic views of the Rockies and river valley and into Waterfall Valley.
Meet Place:
We meet at the official parking lot for Bowmont Natural Environment Park, NW Calgary. The east end parking lot is on 52 St., NW, just off Home Road, NW. Turn south onto 52 St., (one-way down-hill) and the first left is the Bowmont parking area.
