Grotto Canyon ice walk & Canmore café, Kananaskis

Description:
We’ll walk into the impressive Grotto Canyon before heading to Canmore for a hot drink! Icers (cleats) are necessary for this winter hike as we’ll be walking on ice at times. You can rent cleats from Sports Rent in Calgary.

Meet at the Shell station at COP.
Distance/Length:
Rated (AL), 8 km + 200 meters elevation gain: 3-4 hours on trail.
Carpool Option:
When possible, carpooling will be arranged from the Shell station in Calgary. It is not guaranteed but may be an option.
