Rawson Lake Snowshoe / Hike, Kananaskis

Description:

We’ll walk along the stunning Upper Lake of Kananaskis before switchback climbing treed slopes to Rawson lake. Cleats or snowshoes will work for this hike as there is a packed trail. If you have snowshoes then you will have some off-trail options near the lake.

Rated (MOD), 9 km + 300 meters elevation gain: 4 hours on trail.

Carpool Option:

When possible, carpooling will be arranged from the Shell station in Calgary. It is not guaranteed but may be an option.
