Urban Hike: Bowness, Bowmont Waterfall Valley, Dale Hodges Wetlands and Cadence café, NW

Description:

We’ll hike 10+ km along from Bowness Road onto paved pathways, across a series of pedestrian bridges and onto the rolling single-track trails and boardwalks of Bowmont Natural Environment Park. The views of the Bow Valley and Rockies beyond are outstanding from the high points before we drop into Dale Hodges Park wetlands. A loop back along Bow Crescent leads to a cozy Cadence Café ending.
