Description:
We’ll zigzag our way from parkland to ridge-top, past Sunnyside garage art to big views from Crescent Heights. Views of the Rockies, Calgary’s downtown core, and the Bow River are the treats on this outing. We’ll stop for a mid-walk coffee at the popular Lil E café in the Ampersand building before looping back along the Bow River Path and over the Peace Bridge.
Meet Place:
Meet at the official parking lot for Riley Park on 8 Avenue, just east of 12 Street, NW. It is at the VERY end of 8 Ave and has free 3-hour parking.
